Here at Simon Baynes Wholesale, we never share or disclose your details to anyone, your details are used so that we can prepare your order and to send out occasional e-newsletters. If you do not wish for your details to be kept on-file then please email us.  

Customer data and details acquired when registering or ordering on this website are processed in accordance with local UK law and is never sold to or used by third parties.

When you sign up for any of our services or order online we will ask you to provide contact information for your convenience as well as legal reasons. This will include name, business address, telephone number, e-mail addresses and payment details (direct debit, PayPal, credit or debit card). If you need support, then our staff may need to know more information about you to solve the problem or issue a refund.

How Your Information Is Used

We will use your personal identifiable information in the following ways.

- For payment purposes and to provide convenient and targeted support.
- To contact you and announce special offers, general announcements, and news. Please note you can opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of the e-mail.

Delivery

Currency:

Payment is in GBP Sterling only.

Export:

We do not export produce from the UK.

Ordering:

Fruit and vegetable orders must be with the office by 11am the same day for evening delivery or next day delivery.

Substitutions and Credit Slips:

If an item is out of stock or currently unavailable we will contact the customer via email to offer either the nearest product substitution available or a Credit for that item added to your account as a Credit Slip which can be used on future orders.

Refund policy:

All complaints need to have arisen within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will then email or give you a call once your complaint/return has been considered. If we believe your complaint is valid with any of our products we will be happy to offer a replacement of the item with your next order or a refund, please contact the office on 01904 413418 or by email sales@simonbaynes.net at your earliest convenience.

Cancellations:

We ask that all cancellations of produce are made as soon as possible to avoid any charges being incurred. If you would like to cancel your order, please ring 01904 413418.


Payment: 

We offer two payment options – weekly and monthly, if you wish to make monthly payments, then this will need to be discussed and agreed in advance, weekly payment is our preferred option. Weekly payments need to be made within 5 working days of you receiving the goods. If we agree on a monthly payment plan, then the fees will need to be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to pay your invoice on time can result in an additional fee being incurred. 

The following payment options are available to customers:

  • Sage Pay (via a debit or credit card) – can be used for both online orders and regular deliveries
  • Cheques – made payable to Simon Baynes
  • Cash – by special arrangement, please contact our office if you are going to make payment via this method
